Avatar – Official Trailer (HD)

Avatar takes us to a spectacular world beyond imagination, where a reluctant hero embarks on an epic adventure, ultimately fighting to save the alien world he has learned to call home.
James Cameron, the Oscar-winning director of Titanic, first conceived the film 15 years ago, when the means to realize his vision did not exist yet. Now, after four years of production, Avatar, a live action film with a new generation of special effects, delivers a fully immersive cinematic experience of a new kind, where the revolutionary technology invented to make the film disappears into the emotion of the characters and the sweep of the story.

In theaters this Holiday Season.

Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) was a little monster, he dreamed of becoming a Scarer – and he knows better than anyone that the best Scarers come from Monsters University (MU). But during his first semester at MU, Mike’s plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot, James P. Sullivan, “Sulley” (John Goodman), a natural-born Scarer. The pair’s out of control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University’s elite Scare Program. With their dreams temporarily dashed, they realize they will have to work together, along with an odd bunch of misfit monsters, if they ever hope to make things right. Pull an all-nighter with hours of exclusive bonus extras, including an inside look at the world of monsters and the animated theatrical short film The Blue Umbrella.

I haven’t seen it yet, but it looks good. I wish they also made another movie where Boo is older, maybe even grown up :)

The movie is awesome! Everyone should watch it! Love it.
It’s like a prequel to Monsters Inc. So if you loved the Monsters, this is definitely a must watch!

This was such an awesome movie. Just got done watching it for the first time. The timing couldn’t be more perfect. I remember being a kid and watching Monsters Inc when it released, and now I’m a senior university student watching this. I’d like to think that Disney/Pixar may have done that on purpose. To connect with us on a deeper level. :)
